Sound great on my Les Paul Classic
These are great strings that sound great on my Les Paul. They are a tad more expensive than other brands, but I'll stick with these- great quality!

Les Paul Sound
I guess this is a subjective opinion, but if you are going for that true Les Paul sound on your Gibson or other Les Paul style guitar then it's pretty hard to beat these strings. Being that these are the very same strings that Gibson and Epiphone Les Paul guitars leave the factory with well maybe that's saying something. Everyone has their own preference, but I think that these sound and feel great on my Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plus Top Pro.

Great Strings
These are some of the best strings you can put on your Les Paul. Thought the price was for a three pack but was just a single pack but still worth it. They are hard to find these days.

Awesome quality strings
Been playing for a long time, got my first LP a year ago and I'm in love with it...It came with 9s and I replaced 9s many times. Decided to try these 10s and at first it was a bit hard to play, felt a little uncomfortable, but still felt a difference in the tone. Now suddenly (a couple of weeks later) they feel awesome, very comfortable... wont be going back to 9s... I found exactly what I wanted.

More expensive than other string choices but quality made.
I use these strings and the Gibson line exclusively for my Gibson guitars I have used Gibson strings (740XL's and others) since the mid 70's. String longevity is based upon how you play (style) and how well you take care of them. This particular set replaced a set of Gibson Vintage 9 - 42 on a Les Paul which had been on the guitar for at least 10 months and saw at least 2 hours a day minimum use during that time. The pure nickel winding will leave your fingers dark. Over time and consistent cleaning after use, the finger darkening gets less. Only thing I didn't like that much but not a deal breaker per se: the strings come wrapped in two's with color coded ball ends. I prefer the traditional, individually packaged strings clearly marked for gauge. Price was higher than many other similar gauge strings, but I depend on Gibson string quality at about any price.
