Retail Management for Spas (The Art & Science of Retail)

This book contains a great deal of pertinent information for the entrepreneur or spa manager. ISPA does a good job of organizing material and integrating case studies. It is well written and the study materials at the end of each chapter are helpful. However, the accompanying test does not, in my opinion, stay consistent with the book. The testing is done by an outside agency. The exam sheet comes with every new book, so if you buy a used copy of the book and want to take the examination, it will cost you an additional $50-60.

Great condition, better than expected.

The protective plastic got a little ruined, but the book itself was in great condition. No damage whatsoever
