Awesome tires!
Man these things are grippy! Definitely like the softer durometer rubber for digging in while riding through loose corners and they look great to boot! Not sure about how many miles they will last, but time will tell!

Great grip but wears quick
1500 miles on the rear, and the wear is definitely showing. A heavy bike like an F800GSA will go through this tire fast enough that I won't probably ride it in the dirt past 5000 or so miles, but until then it's great on just about anything.

Great grip!
This is my 3rd set of tkc80's love this tire! Great grip on pavement as well as dirt. Great dual sport tire.

Not good in sand and mud
Decent traction on hard pack dirt and firm traction. Sticky on pavement. Not good in sand and mud. I've had about 5 sets for my R1100GS. I used them for a ride from Wisconsin to Tierra Del Fuego. They're too soft for serious off road, and I like Kenda Big Block better, but KBBs aren't safe on pavement. I like Tourance better for road, but Tourance sucks off road. I get about 4,000-5,000 miles off a rear, a little more off s front. I've used a TKC front with a Tourance rear and I liked it. The tire is strong but the sidewalls aren't too stiff. Don't go over 100 mph. Don't bother to balance them. In hard braking you will destroy front lugs.

Conti TKC-80 rear
Great tire. Doesn't last more than 2500 miles or so, so I wish there was more longevity, but the tire works great off-road on my GSA.

Great agresive look
Nice tire for weekend trips on the dirt, great balance, in wet conditions in concrete have to drive carefully. but fot the trial purpose they grab very well.

Treansforms your bike
Works great in the dirt and still provides good feel on the street... plus it looks cool!

otherwise it handles nicely off road and if you don't go crazy on ...
Helped turn my 800xc tiger from a road adventure bike into an offroad adventure bike. I've put a couple hundred miles in two track or gravel/sand roads and almost no traction problems. Did have some problems in sand but it was up to the footpegs deep sand and was losing some traction.....otherwise it handles nicely off road and if you don't go crazy on road it is fairly well there too. Not much noise.
