I have copd and sometimes I get on coughing jags. Especially during season change. This stuff helps me out mostly before bedtime so I can sleep peacefully. Yes I know it's for daytime, but it won't effect your sleep. The night one always left me feeling groggy in the morning. Another good and affordable item from Amazon.

It works good.. Doesn’t make you sleepy. Just taste awful however it does the job. Use the NyQuil as well to help with a runny nose and sore throat.

Feels a bit energizing during daytime use.Remember you can also buy just plain liquid acetaminophen, the big W brand is reasonably priced and it does not require the controls for sales to minors because there are no added cold medications.

Even though this is an Amazon branded “DayQuil” it is of the same quality of Vicks NyQuil. The taste is also the same. If you’re sick and in a budget I recommend this Amazon branded DayQuil. You can compare to the Vicks brand & there is no difference besides the price tag.
