Such a fun way to snap out of a bad moon
This is the best way I have found to get myself out of a funky mood. Whenever I am feeling sad or upset I grab this cute little book and flip to a random page to vent about something silly. The other day I was having a bad moment at work so I grabbed this opened it up and wrote a "letter" to my terrible neighbor. I couldn't help laughing afterward, it's been really fun and let's me indulge my pettiness and bad moods.

Coulda Woulda Shouda Been
Concept is great but not totally cathartic enough, as it ends up more novelty gift book rather than a fun and therapeutic venture. Which it has all the potential to be. I think author has something here but pulled back on making it have more value beyond a joke gift. Even on that stand it fall a little flat. It almost has it all going for it, yet the lunch seems pulled back of the follow through lacked the energy it needed.

This little book can make anyone feel better!!
This is such a funny, down to earth and what you're really feeling little book! I got this as a gift for someone who always tries to be kind and courteous, and she loved it!! Couldn't wait to start filling it out!! I don't care who or what you are, you'll find pages in this book that make you feel better and the best part? Nobody ever has to know!!

Not for Kids
I bought this originally for my 10 year old who loves the Wreck This Journals but it’s definitely for an older crowd. Still love it!

The Perfect Self-Care For Angry People
Are you sick of toxically positive self-help workbooks? Do you find typical mindfulness techniques infuriating? Do adult coloring books seem vaguely interesting but you also know if you're pissed off and need to chill you're more likely to scribble all over the page? Look no further - this is your self-help workbook. If your self-care involves venting, ranting, getting it OUT, this is your self-help workbook. I love it. I think you'll love it. Go flip through it in the store and then take it home and let your anger/annoyance/frustration spew out onto these hungry, hungry pages. Pray it's not some kind of rage demon in disguise gaining strength from the power of your bitterness a la Tom Riddle's diary and then take a deep breath...odds are, you'll feel better.
