Terrific value and I can find no flaws
For those of us who have purchased a number of both genuine and "compatible" Arduino boards, there are some tells that we look for. Not to say that clones are to be avoided, as many work quite well, but you expect to pay a lot less for them. However, this doesn't appear to be one of them! [Yet, note the word Compatible that appears in the name of this vendor's product.] Expecting to receive a clone for this price, I was very surprised and delighted to get what certainly appears to be the genuine article for less than half the usual price [at $9.99 when purchased in Dec 2018; now the price is considerably higher]. Besides the obvious external appearances reflecting authenticity (excellent silkscreening, the Italy country outline, the infinity symbol, etc.), the more important tell is to examine the internal board info as follows: Connect the board into a USB port on the computer into which you have downloaded the Arduino IDE software; open up Tools in the main menu and go down to the Board line; select "Arduino/Genuino Uno" from the available pull-down options; on the next line, select the COM port into which your Arduino USB cable has been connected (may have to open Device Manager to determine that, but usually not). Finally, click on the next line that says "Get Board Info". Four lines of data will appear: BN, VID, PID and SN. A clone will invariably show "Unknown board" for the BN board type; a clone will also state on the serial number (SN) line to "Upload any sketch to obtain it". On the other hand, a genuine Uno will show for BN: Arduino/Genuino Uno, and for SN, it'll have a string of exactly 20 numbers/letters. Both the clone and the genuine boards will have vendor ID and product ID numbers. However, the VID and PID for clones (or "Arduino compatible boards") are identifiers that correspond to the CH340 USB-to-serial chip that these clones use in lieu of the ATmega16U2 that the genuine article uses for USB processing. Bottom line: this particular Arduino Uno that I received 1) has the right external markings, 2) displays the same 4 lines of internal board ID data that a genuine Arduino Uno displays [including VID2341, PID0043] and 3) uses the genuine ATmega16U2 chip instead of the CH340 that most (but not all) clones use. If this is a clone and not the genuine article, it'd be interesting to learn how they pulled it off. In my opinion, if you want a second Uno (or even a first), this is the one to get.

Arduino Micro-Controller Board & Accessories Are GREAT!
I really do love this micro-controller board and the information and accessories which accompanied my kit. I am retired and living in a retirement community. Learning many of the incredible possibilities for this board has kept me busy and interested for a few months. Simultaneously I am gradually learning to program in the C++ computer language. My ultimate goal is to be competent in making E-PROM changes to the digital numeric control program within my 3D Printer. When you can do that, the "sky is the limit" for adding wonderful new features to a relatively inexpensive "DIY" ("Do It Yourself") grade of 3D printer equipment.

Proper uploader for use with Arduino IDE
I use the Arduino IDE (v. 1.8.1) for these boards. To get the compiled sketch to upload correctly, I selected the "Arduino Nano" board, and had to select "ATmega328P (Old Uploader)" for the processor. The processor selection of "ATmega328P" was the default for the IDE, and would not work correctly.Other than that, so far so good.

Works and fits just as well as genuine arduino
Fits in genuine arduino case, functions as a genuine arduino. Looks like a solid 3rd party product. Very happy with appearance of quality and will update if anything changes.

Ideal for experimental circuits connected to Arduino
I needed to add some custom circuits to condition signals I wanted to process on my Arduino Uno R3. This board worked quite well. I'd give it 5 stars, except that it arrived with some of the pins at the edges bent out of shape. I was able to straighten the pins without breaking them off. So, great product, but packaging could be improved for shipping.

Great value for a compatible arduino board
Works exactly as expected, and did not require any driver downloads like some boards do for me to use with my Mac.

Works
Has worked perfectly for the last few months on several projects. It is the R3 type.

Saved me $100.00's!!!
I love it!!! Saved me $ by not having to purchase a 18650 battery spot welder. I was able to make one using the Nano and a couple other parts. Will be ordering more for future projects...
