Really appreciated this book.
Very helpful book. The recipe index comes in handy. The recipes are delicious. The chapter on ingredients was informative and useful. I've been having a green smoothie evey morning since I bought it.

Truly the best green smoothies on the planet!
I love it. Tracy does an amazing job of explaining why incorporating green smoothies into your daily diet can change your life. She gives you so many helpful hints on how to make the perfect smoothie. Thank you so much for the tip on soaking chia seeds with water prior to putting them in your smoothie. I have been drinking smoothies (healthy smoothies) for 10 years and still benefited from the details she provides on fruits, greens, superfoods, etc. GREAT purchase!!

The best guide ever!
This is what I was looking for! It's crystal clear about how you can become a smoothie's-expert. I have some books with recipes and "advices", but this one takes you step-by-step about which fruits and vegetables are the best to combine and how, it's amazing! As a healthy-lifestyle person I was looking for a perfect manual about smoothies so I can add some variation without having to stick 100% to a recipe and this is it. Besides, it have an amazing index where you can take some fruit or vegetable you already have and search for it, until you get to a combination you can make with the things you already have in your fridge.I totally recommend it!PS. Oh, if you are expecting photos, this book doesn't have it, more room to more recipes! I will say.

Love this book! I have a green smoothie in the afternoon to pick-me-up and I really hate noticed a,huge difference in my energy level and my skin looks great! This book has so many great recipes I have a hard time choosing which one to make!

I am loving this book. After trying several other Smoothie books, this one is by far my favorite. It was on my Dr recommendation that I make my smoothies greener and less fruit. I workout like a maniac, so this book is just what I need to make the right drink for the right type of activity.

This is the BEST!!!! I love the fact that it gives you the percentage of fat, protein, carbs, calcium, iron, vit A and C on every recipe in this book. I have bought many smoothy books and this is by far the best. I am buying one for everyone I know!!!
