I wrote them and told them my ring opens and starts my Tesla 2020 Model Y. But could not would not turn it off. they said my Tesla card does not turn off. I sent them a video mind you its now 4 weeks later. they have no support, it tossed the ring because it drained my battery and left me with 32miles to get home to my charger. They than said they needed a video of it 5 weeks after i sent the first email. (they did not ask for a video when this started and they said it was there policy ( of no support) there website does not state this, they have no support and there rings do not work ( well mine did not) Save yourself the hassle go some place else to get one.

I bought this greatest smart ring on ebay and first expectation was that it would be some usual smart ring with limited specifications but i was surprised when i started using it ... its so comfortable on finger you can link many things on it and use whenever you want . strongly recommended ! <3
