Cat TV
UPDATE: After a couple of years, the toy no longer works properly. I dont think I will buy another one. My cat has grown tired of it anyway. BUT, it was good in the beginning.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this toy for my 6 pound, 6 year old black cat, Violet who loves feathers and similar toys. It came in a simple sturdy box, was easy to put the batteries into (especially compared to other toys I've bought), the feathers are bright, and the toy is durable. The lights also flash bright, but the toy is loud and that might be a problem for some cats. It also comes with an extra set of feathers. Violet did not care for the toy. She watch it for a minute and then walked away. My big 20 lb gray Maine Coon, Oliver, however, likes it. He doesnt swat at the feathers, even though I showed him how and he understands, but he likes to stare at it like hes watching tv. When he wants me to turn it on, he gives a high pitched cry and I go into his bedroom and hes waiting by the toy for me to turn it on. Then he just watches it the whole time. Sometimes, he asks me to turn it on several times in a row. It shuts off automatically after about 10 minutes. Sometimes Violet will go in now and watch with him for a couple minutes, but that is her limit. It's a good toy for the right cat. I paid $15 for it on amazon. I think it was worth it for him.UPDATE: Well, it's been a couple of months and Oliver still likes the toy. He even swats at the feathers now. My first set of feathers are wearing out, so I'll need to replace them. He sometimes grabs them.If your cat grabs the feathers a lot, you might need to replace more often. He even seems to like the sound which surprised me since hes a timid cat. I'm still happy with the purchase. Think I'll rate it 4.5 stars now.

Kitty approved
Ok. This review is my opinion and my kitties. The toy grabs their attention, even my oldest 19 year kitty showed a few moments of interest. Has light on top which is nice for night time playing. My kitties (6) get a different interactive bedtime toy every night, so this is in the rotation. Now, it could use improvement. It slides to easily on surfaces when they play with it, needs some type of stabilization. They like to grab the feather with their teeth and pull it. For the humans stand point, it would be great if it was motion activated where it would like go to sleep if no play was happening, but then with movement of kitty near, turn on. It doesn't last long when turned on. So, if they are playing you need to consistently get up and turn it back on for them. Maybe a few different speeds for the toy would be great to, or a random speed from slow to fast etc. As stated, they grab the feather with there teeth, so if it could be adjusted to go a little faster, they possibly might not be able to do that. Over all, pretty good toy, would be great with improvements.

Cat Teaser Review
The cat teaser toy is a little loud, i can imagine how loud must be for the cat. At first the cat did not seem excited at all and i think it had to do with the noise. It took a few mins for the at to pay attention to it and start playing. Not something that really keeps the cat busy but it's good to keep them busy for a few mins (3-5 mins). I like that i can touch the button and it will stay on for 8 mins and will turn off by itself. Also, the toy has different speeds for the cats entertainment.

Cats just watch it, but it’s cool
I bought this product for my sister’s cats. It looks really neat with the colored lights. Both cats are intrigued by it, but neither will chase it. The cats have had it for a few months and they still just watch it. It does make a mechanical noise. I still think it is a cool product despite the fact that the cats won’t interact with it.

The light works great
Bought this for the kitten back in december and had to return it once, cause did not work. Have to return the second one cause the feather gets stuck. But the light on it is bright and has a timer so it will shut off on its own. Just so you know the seller response to messages in a timely fashion and the return/replacement is stress free.

Our dog starred at it from afar way longer than our cat unfortunately.
This is great in concept. Our little cat was interested, but the noises it makes are loud, and it spins too fast for his stalking to be of interest to him. Our dog starred at it from afar way longer than our cat unfortunately.

Kind of loud
It’s a very sturdy and well put together toy, It does make a kind of wheerring noise and it scared away both of my cats. Now they won’t even go near it if it has batteries in it

Works okay but not worth the money
First my cat is mental and sorta dumb so it took her 3 days to mess with it she stared at it alot she finally got into it but ive seen way better of this type advertised on tv 2 for 19.95 so its not worth 20 bucks
