A huge beast of a machine. Precision and beautiful looking. Very powerful and easy to use. Love it. Arrived from Germany two days early. If you are looking for this type of functionality then look no further. Did plenty of research before purchase and glad selected this product. Outstanding

Product arrives from Germany so long delivery wait.1st one dangerously broken.remained on all the time.terrible stressfull time trying to communicate with Klarstein.They take days and days to get back with little to say.Had to wait over 3 weeks in all until i actually got a microwave that worked. Instructions very poor, short and non user friendly. No apologies for sending broken item or the long delays. Mictowave & oven work ok, grill useless .

This microwave is huge and very powerful. Well worth the money

After long and winded reviews and research i bought this and had it shipped and customs released in another country.Sadly after several tries i came to the conclusion this is NOT AN OVEN.it does not have a lower element and the upper element + fan is not enough to heat up properly ANY COOK/BAKE ANYTHING. even a pizza will burn on top whilst remaining utterly cold underneathSO NO, IF YOU WANT TO COOK/BAKE LOOK ELSEWHERE

Little finicky to work at first, but has loads of good settings. Definitely powerful and the oven setting is great. Grill setting isn't up to much though. The door is also slightly out of alignment, came to us that way. Best microwave I've had but still a bit pricey.

Perfect addition to my kitchen I run B&B great for doing croissant scones etc if doing a small breakfast and not needing full cooking range powered up. My family love it for quick heat ups such as pizzas and melted cheese dishes very convenient and easy to clean

I bought this microwave for my Mum after her old sharp combination microwave gave up the ghost after many years service and we couldn't get a direct replacement. Mum uses her microwave for cooking pretty much everything from cakes to roast dinners and the convection element of the oven is crucial for her.We bought this because it supposedly did everything ( microwave/roast/grill) and was a bog enough size for her to use daily as her main oven as she had her Sharp.It's certainly big enough and the microwave part is really powerful. However it really falls down as a convection oven and grill.Firstly is has no shelves so you cannot choose where in the oven your cake etc sits. Grilling cheese on toast is a complete failure as there is nothing to place your bread directly under the heat source.Secondly it fails to keep temperature and the outer skin of the oven becomes dangerously hot- my guess is that its design is poor and heat is leaking from the oven to the outer skin.All in all this has been a complete bust - its just a huge , albeit powerful microwave - Mum is going back to Sharp much to everyones relief!

Love the size of this for my large family, great as we only have a single oven this came in handy for Christmas Dinner. Good Value for money and easy to use.
