Very informative
This book is so helpful understanding the bile reflux dilemma. Many like myself have autoimmune issues which have brought it on. Appreciate the time it took to compile all the information into a concise readable book.

Informative
This book was very informative for me being diagnosed with Bile Reflux and my doctors PA, knew nothing about it. I am literally going to forward this book to her and that's a shame.... The biggest thing that helped me personally in this book is the Chamomile tea! I was so sick and house ridden from this bile reflux that it wasn't until I started drinking the chamomile tea that I started to feel better. I still have to watch everything I eat and eat before I get hungry but the tea changed me. I have my life back again. I now drink the Honey Vanilla Chamomile tea by Celestial tea every day and it has been a miracle for me. I am also drinking 4-8oz of Kombucha a day. The tea binds with that bile and settles my stomach like nothing I have tried. I am down to one Carafate pill a day and some days I don't have to take it at all. The bottom line is do your research on meds or foods that bind bile and you will start to feel better. This book does help as well. Def. recommend..

Good book to deal with bile reflux
Very informative book, it helps me to understand how the bile reflux happened, and what are the possible causes of bile reflux. I greed with author that non-acid reflux or bile reflux is difficult to diagnose unless you have very good doctor who done different many tests to determine the cause of the reflux. For me PPI medicine make my situation worse and even H2 blockers like Zantac does not work, only sucralfate work for me ,which deactivate bile acid by binding to it which is also mentioned in this book. Most of the supplements mentioned in the book iam aware of their benefits and the book confirmed what I know about them. The book is written in very simple language and easy to digest, only the author contradicts himself when wrote about the cabbage one time as food to avoid and on the other hand as food he recommends for gastritis and bile reflux.

It is possible to recover from bike reflux!
I found out that I have b ile reflux this summer after having an endoscope. I believe I have had it for many years and other doctors did not find it. After all the tests were in i found out that I have bike reflux gastritis, a thickened esophagus and adrenal fatigue. I had just completed two protocol s for SIBO and candida. I have felt very desperate at times because most doctors do not know how to treat this. I ordered the ebook last night and just finished reading it. I feel there is a chance to regain my health. This is the most thorough and makes the most sense to me. I ordered the juice extractor and when that arrives i will begin. It means so much to read a step by step book by someone who has experienced the agony of all this. I hope this author will write more books in the future or make additions to this one as he learns more.

It's OK. Worth the 2.99
The book is written rather haphazardly. There is no concise list of foods and supplements. I had to make my own notes of all the fruits, vegetables and supplements.A lot of information is weirdly contradictory... Eat this on one page but don't eat it on the next... Makes me wonder about the legitimacy of some of the claims. I wouldn't try restoring the acid balance by "pushing through the pain" for a few weeks... Some of the advise needs source references and I wouldn't feel comfortable playing with taking HCL pills after a DIY home test... With all this said, I did pick up some decent information my GI doctor failed to mention. So overall I think it's worth the read. I will have to keep reading though.

Interesting read
An easy and informative read. As mentioned in may reviews, he does contradict himself with foods in terms of what to and not to eat, but otherwise I found it helpful!

Essential Reading
Incredibly helpful for anyone experiencing SIBO, H. Pylroi, Gastritis, Acid Reflux and Bile Reflux. Simple, Insightful and essential. Low stomach acid, H. Pylori infections and SIBO underly so many digestive difficulties that we have in this country. Get yourself the Lactulose breath test at Johns Hopkins, the Heidelberg stomach acid test (see Heidelberg website for list of testing locations) and the H.Pylori test by Genova (GI Effects Test) and start getting at the ROOT CAUSE of these symptoms.Stress Reduction is critical to the long term solution as well.My Bile Reflux was eliminated by killing H. Pylori with the two antibiotics and Acid Medication and then restoring adequate stomach acid with HCL with Pepsin.
