Worst design and bad quality - Samsonite warranty is top notch though
1. The suitcase handle broke within one month with normal cabin luggage load! 2. The pullout handle got stuck midway and wouldn’t retract or comeout fully.Unbelievable! I had heard only good things about Samsonite before and this was my first Samsonite purchase.Utterly disappointed with the quality.To top that, this suitcase - VARRO - doesn’t have a handle on the side! Who in their right minds in the Samsonite design department thought giving only 1 flimsy handle was a good idea?? They should be sacked.Only silver lining is the completely hassle free Samsonite lifetime warranty. Have to give a thumbs up for that. Got my suitcase replaced with another, better, model. I had a choice to get refund too. Got my warranty processed through a Samsonite outlet in a nearby mall since my return-by date with Amazon had passed.

ordered 75 inch bag but they delivered 68 inch one
I liked the bag. Problem was the size that got delivered to me was wrong. I had ordered 75 inch one while they delivered 68 inch bag. I had to travel next day so I was really waiting for this but alas, seller and Amazon delivery really disappointed me here.

I ordered a 68 cm suitcase and received a 60 cm smaller size
Be careful about the size when you order. The sizes indicated are deceptive
