I received this band in a definitely new condition and while the display + features seem quite appealing at this price; I don't know if there was a manufacturing defect or is this product actually so, but-1) This band was showing step count for the day upto a certain count (somewhat between 3k-4k steps) and used to stop working after that. This happened for 2 consecutive days which further resulted in not showing the distance travelled & calories burnt for the whole day.2) The sensor at the back of the band doesn't seem to work (I think it has just LED lights & no sensor), since even if you switch to the heart monitoring mode and leave it still on a table, it will end up showing your BP and heart beat rate which is so misleading.3) The battery backup is so bad that even after almost 3 hours of charge it doesn't show 'fully charged' and the battery is drained by the end of the day if you do not switch it off.I'm just glad that Amazon's & seller's policy regarding the return of this product was very good, and my money was refunded instantly so I'm grateful to them.P.S.- I would totally suggest spending double the money and getting MI hrx band instead.

Amazing product. I received this item in a nice packaging. Very easy to use. This band is light in weight.

*After 4 days use*1) heartbeat and blood pressure calculations are not accurate or i would like to say its fake.2) sleep monitoring and step counting is 80% accurate.3) i get call/msg notification on band for few seconds thats amazing.4) smart band build quality is fine.5) battery lasts for only two days that is what i dont like.6)display is colorful and looks good.7) nice band at descent price if you are going to use it as digital watch but not good for fitness tracking.8) it is waterproof and vibrations are good. I am satisfied.

I didn't like it because of the battery which is less than a 12-14 hours back up after full proper charge. Interface looks dull n gloomy I received the product without the scratch proof sticker on the screen.

Complete wastage of money. Add a few more money to buy a branded fitness band. Go for atleast around 1500 to 2000 for a better fitness bamd experience. You still are spending a lot a bit more may get a branded one. Atleast worth the money you earn.
