Perfect replacement fit
Was a perfect replacement fit for our current 1978 shower door rollers, which had failed after all these years!

Perfect fit for my old glass shower door
This bracket and roller could not be found anywhere at the hardware stores. It looked similar to the old one I had so I ordered it not knowing for sure if it would fit. I'm so happy because it was so easy to install and it works great. I saved tons of money by not having to completely replace the whole thing, as it was suggested to me as a solution when I went to Home Depot. The kit was 500 dollars!

Poor design, poor packaging, poor shipping. Aside from that it is just a mild heap of crap.
I ordered two of these. Each box is supposed to contain 2 door brackets, though one of the boxes only had 1. The packaging has an opening in it and I suspect it fell out before they packaged it and shipped it to me. Unfortunately, I was already in the middle of replacing these brackets so I had to reuse one of the old ones I was replacing.The second issue is that the mounting screw and threaded grommet are made of a very soft metal. This is what mounts the bracket to the glass door. There is no way to grasp onto the grommet to screw and/or unscrew the mounting screw so if the factory crossed threads when they put it together (which they did on one of my brackets) you will have a heck of a time taking it apart and installing it. I had to reuse the screw and NYLON threaded grommet from the brackets being replaced for 2 of the 3 I was able to replace.For a seemingly simple bracket, I am fairly shocked at how inept the manufacturer is at designing it, making it, assembling it, and even shipping it. As a former Marine, I am saddened to see it was made in the USA. Prime-Line should move off shore to spare us the indignation, or just shut down their shop and have their employees get jobs under someone else's direction that might have a clue.
