Cat likes the mat no problem

I’m using wood pellet cat litter at the moment and the actual pellets are too big to fall through the holes, but it does stop most of the disintegrated sawdust residue. It would probably work better with gravel type cat litter.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this mat. It did take a couple of weeks to arrive, the holes are sometimes too small for some of the litter we use, and you do get a strong smell when you first open it up. But... the smell disappeared within hours, it's easy to line up with the cat litter tray (we don't have much space, part of the mat has to go under the litter tray), the cat doesn't mind it, the bigger bits of litter take only a few seconds to shake out than the bits which have fallen completely through, and - most importantly - it stops almost all of the litter from being spread throughout our apartment!

We have a very messy cat who leaves the litter tray with paws full of litter this May prevents it travelling all over the house would def recommend

I use clumping litter and this catches all litter that is walked out of the tray! Has completely solved my problem of having litter tracked around the house.

The cats don't mind walking on it, the litter does collect on it, does what it says on the tin.Anything that means I'm sweeping up less litter from the rest of the house is a big plus in my eyes.

Easy to use. Definitely seen a reduction in the amount of litter spread across my floor!
