Atheros AR5BXB112 AR9380 for Apple mini PCI-E 450Mbps Wireless-N Dual-Band Half Mini Card

Got this with a mini pci e adapter for a customac I am making, worked out of the box on my osx el capitan install. (was actually able to connect before I was done with osx install!) This card will natively work with 10.6 - 10.11 osx! I paired it with this item http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005Q751BA?redirect=true&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_8 and they worked like a dream. The person selling that pci adapter is from the US and shipping was really fast. The seller of this atheros card was from the US too, (cali i believe) and was super nice.all you have to do is take the shield off the pci e adapter, attach the antenna cables, slide the atheros into the pci adapter, screw on the antennas and plug it in your new customac, super fast speed. VERY happy, the product was used, but I knew that and it is working great!

works like a charm, at first my mackintosh would not recognize it, but reinstalling the OS (which was freshly installed) did the trick, by the way i messed up cause i order this one and my laptop was the smaller version, hat to secure it with paper and tape, but then again it was my fault. Just in case anyone's wondering, I'm running Mac OS X Yosemite on a Dell N5050. About to upgrade to El Capitan.
