Motion detectors do not work well through glass.
the light is beautiful and charges fast.However if you think is going to work from your kitchen out, you are wasting your time, these lights do not work through glass,especially those high efficiency windows. But outside use I give it 5 starts.After more than four years with the light, still is a 5 star, the battery is gotten weaker and do not know where to get a replacement; since is the type that have to be solder.

We don't have electricity in our garage so this has been great to provide some light when we are arriving home after dark. We've had it for a while and it is still working great. It was really easy to install too.

Great lighting!
Works great with great area lighting,I've installed by the gate entrance at my ranch and I'm able to see while I'm unlocking the gate!

After having a GOOD solar light in the same location for several years
After having a GOOD solar light in the same location for several years, this one was a huge disappointment. Its sensitivity is so low that one has to be almost under it before it comes on, and the light covers a very small area. The solar light I had before this one shined clear across the driveway and yard, and I just ordered another one like that. Not recommended and a waste of my money.
