Near perfect working order with my LEDs
I bought the Amico 12 Pack 6 Inch 5CCT Ultra-Thin LED Recessed Ceiling Light with Junction Box and needed a switch that wouldn't disappoint. When I turn the switch on, it's comes on half brightness. If I want it to be a very low light, I just turn it up all the way and pull it down slowly. I was able to piggy back my ceiling fan switch using this as the main , although it might appear you can't from this listing. My Dad's an electrician so there's no fire hazard doing that. This switch also fits into the generic face plates with a 1.3" x 2.6" hole. That was my only hesitation purchasing this so it's the first thing I checked when I got it. Unfortunately, this doesn't work well with the Amico LEDs (flicker every 5 minutes) so had to try a different (smart) dimmer, Ghome Smart Dual Dimmer Switch. After I try it out, I'll post a review whether it works flawlessly.

A go-to slider dimmer switch
Works like expected. Installs in 10 minutes. Just turn off the circuit breaker first. Follow the old wires.

Costly but work perfectly
I received this switch in the damaged package, but the switch was. In good condition and internal packaging was not open. Easy to install and work perfectly

Quality
I used this dimmer to replace a dual switch in my apartment. It fits in the same hole, and I doubt the landlord would even know. I have LEDs on both circuits, and there is smooth dimming and no flickering. After I bought this, I talked to a coworker who was a retired manger at Lutron (the manufacturer of this item). I asked him why Lutron was more expensive. He said they do extensive testing with bulb brands and they have the lab reports of frequencies and flickering interference on file. If you are having a problem with bulbs and dimmers, you can literally call them and they will advise you of a solution. (and the best bulbs are not necessarily the most expensive) You pay a small amount for a Lutron product to have access to this customer service and lab testing.

Good switch
This switch was easy to install and works well. The only problem I had was the leads from the switches do not indicate left or right, so I had to change the connections to make the switch more intuitive.

Wiring instruction does not match shipped product
Ordered four switches and installed all four upside down. when I went back to consult the instructions I found the the #6 diagram did not look like the product shipped. I called the technical support line, the technician told me it did not matter were the wires were originating from as long the back side of the dimmer had a green, red, black and yellow wire. My switches had the green and red wire coming out from one end and the black and yellow coming from the other. The diagram in the instructions show all four wires coming out the bottom. When I worked in industry, specification were very important to keep accurate and when modifications were made to the product shipped the specifications had to match the product and be accurate. This switch will not control fan speeds. I have to order a S2-L-FSQ since that one has capacitors in it but, only controls to three set speeds. I really wanted a fully variable control. This switch does not allow this and when tried the high fan speed was at the lowest setting and slowed down as you raised switch. Sloppy!
