only giving it 3 stars for now since initial setup took me sometime to figure out why it wouldn't connect to my iPhone. you basically have to turn one bud on (hold button for 2-3 seconds) then with the same bud hold again to about 5-6 sec to get your phone to detect it. Finally turn the other bud on and pair it up. I'll give my final verdict after ive taken it to the gym a few times to see if these stay on/in your ear after an hour or more. Also support wasn't very helpful since all they do is link you the manual and youtube video on how to operate them. Those instructions are about right once the buds have been connected to your phone previously.UpdateThings I noticed;if you sit on your phone while the buds are in use it cuts signal. i guess blocking the signal is bad but strange I can go to the bathroom the next over and it still works.while listening to music and you take one bud out and hold it with your arm down the music will pause.after 3-4 days (1 hour per day) theyve stayed on during weight training, plyo and cardio.
