Was good at first, then it stopped dispensing soap within a week. The motion works and it sounds like it's dispensing, but nothing comes out. Maybe it clogs?? I have massaged the rubber dispenser and gotten it to start pumping again, but the soap seems runny like there is water in it and it doesn't dispense as much as it did out of the box. It takes a lot of effort to get the soap to come out, and then I have to trigger 4-5 dispenses to get enough to wash my hands.

It's very hard to activate the sensor to get the soap to flow. There is no adjustment of the amount of soap, as stated, however it puts out a lot of soap! I previously purchased two other touch-free soap dispensers and they've been great. I decided to spend a little less and try this one - wish I'd spent just $5 more for one that works!

Funcionó solo unas tres o cuatro veces con baterías nuevas . Al encenderlo la luz se prende en forma intermitente pero no sale el jabón liquido.Me gustaria me informaran que procedimiento puedo intentar para su eventual funcionamiento

I absolutely love this soap dispenser. My kitchen sink is located in a corner by two windows so it's a stretch to reach the counter behind the sink to reach hand soap. I have arthritis in my hands so using a plunger type soap dispenser is difficult for me. I just place my hand under the Calogy soap dispenser and the correct amount of soap comes out. It works very smoothly and there is no soap drip after using it.

First one didn’t work at all, and the replacement only works about 10% of the time unless you actually touch it, in which case, it works about 50% of the time. To add insult to injury, I purchased the small version at the same time as this larger dispenser, and it only works about 10% of the time as well.Pay the extra money for the much better Hanamichi.

Very quiet. Worked without a lot of 'priming'. Lost one star as it dispenses a bit more soap per actuation than is needed. The sensor recognizes your hand immediately.

Great price, works well. Product as described and I like the controlled amount of soap it releases. Would reccomend. If it came in bronze I'd buy 2 more

My son loves it. Make sure to put brand new batteries in it. Customer service is great if you need any help.
