A lifesaver for my toes which are often cold due to Raynaud’s. They stick well but can be hard on the fingernails to remove.

These inserts when exposed to air can expand - making a tight fit in your shoe.Overall they seem to work for me- I use them in my biking shoes ( my feet get cold with temps in the low 40s)

Bought these for an outdoor wedding in January. They do not seem to get hot by the standards of the hand warmers. When we talked about them afterwards, those that wore them all said their feet were not cold while those who didn't all had cold feet. They are unisized and you can definitely tell that something is in your shoe. Not uncomfortable, just there.
