Yes no filters needed is true. Best soymilk maker model!
Oh my gosh. Very good product. When it says no filter needed, I didn't believe it. It is true! You get all the nutrition from the soy bean, including the critical fibers and heart heathy nutrients that we usually filter out... You can adjust the amount of water to get the thickness you want, like store soy or thicker, according to your taste.I used to manually add clear fibers to my soymilk, now I don't have to and that saves me money. Then natural soy fibers are all super "dissolved" so it's not bad testing at all.It keeps the milk warm or hot until the time you scheduled. Nothing like waking up to hot soy milk. You have to add sugar yourself, or if you're doing Keto like me, add erythritol and be low carb, or drink it without sweeteners. For those of you that still don't want any fibers, you can still do the cheese cloth or coffee filter processing, but I urge you to try the natural milk, and not get rid of the super good nutrition and fiber your body needs that this machine does an amazing job mixing into the soymilk. No filter means less maintenance cost and work for me!I make several batches at keep them cold in the fridge.Organic soymilk, full unfiltered bean goodness, zero emulsifiers, thickeners, gums, preservatives or inflammation (and likely cancer or arthritic) causing carrageenan... Those chemicals that you get from store bought soymilk.I will never buy chemical soymilk from stores again.Supposed to be able to make Walnut soymilk and other Fancy flavored ones too. 5 grain rice milk too (but that's not Keto. My family might enjoy it)I'm going to try almond milk and other nut milk from here.Don't hesitate, buy this!!!

Good idea poor design
First off, this is the first time I ever wrote a review.YOU WILL GET PULP, NO FILTER. SOY MILK FEEL'S LIKE GRITS NOT SILKY.1.Instruction is was not very helpful, display has Asian language and a very fine print of English language that you will have to use a magnifier to see what is printed. The digital display also has the same problem.2.cleaning this machine was a pain, you have to be careful not to get any water in the 5 prong electrical plug on top of the lid, and on the side. The shaft that is attached to the blade can't be disassembly thus you will have to spend time reaching around the blade. The lid also have 5 prong electrical plug and as you scrub water will get into the electrical plug3. OMG the noise is sooooo loud. loud as your blender that you have. Out of the blue, the motor will cycle on/off for the duration of time that you program for spooked me at first then I realized it was the soy machine.Like I said, Good idea, poor engineering design. what you really are getting is a heated Vitamax machine. I will go back to my old way of making Soy milk, blender, simmer in a pot and strain with a cloth.

Addicted to Soymilk
I'm Asian so I've been a life long drinker of home made soy milk. I've always been hesitant at buying a soy milk maker since I've been told they still require a bit of work so its not worth it, plus, the units always looks like a relic from the 50s. Fast forward 10 years and I see that soy milk makers have come a long way. I purchased the Joyoung P10 because it boasts not having to strain the soy milk and it is pretty enough to sit on the counter. The aesthetics is important to me because I have no storage space and if it is indeed as convenient as it says then I'll be using it on a almost daily basis so it will make a regular appearance in my kitchen.I've had it for almost 2 weeks and have made soy milk 5 times with the machine. Here's how it went:The first batch I used soaked soybeans and selected the wet/dry beans function, and the milk took approx. 30 minutes to complete. The flavor was OK and has bean flavoring that I like (I know some folks don't), the texture isn't as smooth as the strained soy milk that I've had in the past. There is a definite texture that isn't quite gritty but definitely not smooth.Second batch also used soaked soybeans but with the classic soy milk function and the whole process took 60 minutes to complete. The flavor is better and definitely smoother than the wet/dry beans function, butt still not as smooth as strained soy milk. It also helps to stir vigorously before drinking each time so sediments don't sink to the bottom. (Alternative: Don't stir or shake before pouring the soy milk into a cup and dump the last bits of soy milk that gather at the bottom of the pitcher so your milk will be smooth like strained soy milk.)Batch 3-5 are all made with soaked soybeans with classic soy milk function and strained with a nut milk bag. And yes, this is exactly like my mom's home made soy milk which she makes with a powerful blender, double strained and boiled on stove top (yikes!)I think I will give batch 2 method another try because not straining the soy milk retains more fiber (duh), so its healthier. I might get used to it after a while. :-) I'm also planning on trying to make my own almond and oat milk as I'm slightly lactose intolerant and I have been paying a lot for them at the supermarket. Plus many commercial nut/grain milks have a lot of additives that we don't need. The multi-use is also another reason that I've decided to purchase this appliance since no one has space for a single-use appliance. (Only exception being my waffle iron and coffee maker.)Finally, cleaning this thing is a BREEZE. The old machines had filters and other pieces that just wasn't worth it. But with this machine, I immediately rinsed and washed the blender part as soon as the process is completed so the "gunk" isn't dried on. After I pour hot the piping hot milk from the pitcher container I fill it with hot water in the sink then quickly and gently scrub down the stainless steel walls before it sets in. The whole cleaning process takes literally 3 minutes for both pieces. All in all this is a pricier end for a soy milk maker but the ease of use, cleaning and aesthetics made this a right decision for me.

A bit expensive but worth the money
Bought this one for my wife. It’s a bit more expensive than what I like to pay, but I bit the bullet... it is so worth the money. My wife used it regularly making all kinds of vegan milk with beans/nuts/seeds. When it is done, it is fully cooked and ready to be consumed. The blade cut them extremely fine and you can drink the whole thing without feeling any residue. I do most of the cleaning and it is so easy especially immediately after the cycle is done. You can basically rinse everything off or use mild rubbing. The brush is handy in cleaning the axle behind the blades. More importantly, the milk tastes great with a slight hint of sweetness. We love it.

Stop working after 14 months
The machine works great and I love the soybean milk it makes. Yet, one day after 14 months, smells a burning inside, then the blender won’t turn from there.Good product but short life!
