I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. She has thick, wavy hair that she hates. She loves the look of having her hair straightened. I just finished trying it out on her hair and we both are very impressed! This brush straightener did a great job and kept the set temperature throughout the process which I was happy to see! In watching YouTube video reviews on other, cheaper ones, it was noted over and over that the temperature kept wavering during usage and I was glad to see that that did not happen with this one. We are over all very satisfied and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an easier, faster way to straighten their hair.

I really liked this hair straightener brush, it's easy to use and light weight. It is faster than a flat iron, and you are less likely to get burned. I feel like it's less damage to my hair compared to a flat iron. This straightening brush won't get your hair as sleek and straight as a flat iron would but it's pretty darn close, it left my hair pretty straight, frizz free and smooth. I have long wavy hair and I love how it leaves my hair. You do have to pass the brush through small sections of the hair but it straightens the hair with just 2 or 3 strokes so it's pretty quick, it's perfect for everyday quick and easy styling. I would recommend as an alternative to a flat iron because the results are very similar.

This product is just as advertised - it is hot and straightens your hair quickly. It is a bit bulky. What was even more impressive is its customer service. My new Opshorie Ionic Hair Straightener Brush arrived with a small defect in one tooth of the brush, I contacted the seller that day and they immediately responded. Later that evening, I provided a photo of the defect via email but the new item was already in process. They wasted no time in replacing my item and they quickly responded to every email I sent. The motto was always, "We want you to be happy. If you are happy, we are happy". Thank you so much for proving customer service still exists!

I cannot say enough good about this product. I saw the demonstration on it through youtube and was hoping it would be good to straighten my naturally curly hair. Although my hair is naturally curly...I color it and so the pretty soft curls turn into more of a frizzy head of hair when it dries. I've always used heated curlers, because I have never mastered the art of the flat iron system....especially on my long hair in the back. (oh yes, I have hair that is longer than shoulder length and I have a lot of it, although fine). I previously tried those revolving hair drying (plug in) brushes, but my hair would get tangled in the brush. This has larger and less points for your hair to get tangled, and it works really well to soften the fly-aways and straighten the hair. I actually like to only use the Ionic and not the heat sometimes just to calm my hair and make it look smooth. Recommend this product.

I have the most unruly thick hair. Even stylists are fooled. They see it pinned up,and once they take it down they're shocked at how much hair I actually have,its fine but theres ALOT! And its not curly but kinky and frizzy. I've spent thousands of dollars trying to find the best hair solutions, etc.to make my hair straight and manageable!I washed and dried it and except for rubbing aloe on it as a heat protector, and "Yes you will want some type of heat protection." I truly just use raw aloe juice from a plant in my front yard to make it soft,manageable and to protect it.This is amazing!!I can throw out all my other straightners,and theres a ton!!I can't say enough good about this! Its easy to use, sooo easy,and YES IT WORKS!!! 46 years of searching! I'm thrilled.I am a paying customer too!

My daughter is half black and Puerto Rican and she has black girl hair, this worked great had to keep it on high settings though and the only challenge I had was it kept turning off not sure if it was my fingers slipping on the on/off button or it just shuts down after a certain amount of time (her hair is really thick)

This is a great hairbrush/straightener. It gets nice and hot and does the job it's supposed to. It's heavy and doesn't feel cheaply made at all.The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is the placement of the buttons. Maybe this is just me - but right where my thumb goes to "brush" my hair is the on/off button, so I'm constantly turning the thing off while I'm using it. The temperature buttons are also nearby so I'm changing the temp on it pretty often, too. Kind of annoying.

The red rubber tips does more "tugging" than "massaging". Contrary to belief, majority of AA hair is more than what reviews are categorizing as "curly", I would say a better more universal discription would be "kinky" especially towards the roots, and this straightening brush just did not penetrate pass my new growth easily.Sisters, if you are looking for an electric straightening brush, I would highly encourage you to consider purchasing one WITHOUT the rubber tips. I've had amazing and quick results with the other option. Trust me on this one. ;-)Note: This review is my own personal bias opinion, and is in no way against the product itself.
