When I was a kid, I remember sometimes bringing a brown bagged lunch to school that my mother made and packed for me and remember that sometimes the sandwich was lunch meat and mayo. If you've never had a room temperature sandwich like this, you are lucky, since eating a sandwich like that, even with the preservatives, was probably not all that safe from food born illnesses, not to mention, not all that enjoyable either.When I received this, I was impressed with how sturdy the item is (inside and out) and was confident in believing that freezing this bag, would not result in the bag cracking under extreme cold conditions. I then wiped it down inside and out and placed the item in my chest freezer for roughly 36 hours. Then, before taking a chance on seeing good food (that should remain cold), go to waste, I tested the item by taking 3 fully chilled ½ litre bottles of water from my refrigerator and put them in the bag and left it on my kitchen counter for about 6 hours. When I got back to the bag, the outside bag was still cool to the touch and the water bottles inside the bag were still cold enough to drink and satisfy thirst on a hot day. This test convinced me that using this bag as a lunch bag, met or exceeded my expectations to use as a lunch bag

Easy to clean! I have more than one. I will wash one, let it dry while the another PackIt is in the freezer. It's completely frozen within a few hours! I use PackIt for more than just lunch. I use PackIt to carry frozen items and perishables home from the grocery store. Buy at least 2.

I had one from a different company and I really love the fact that you can freeze it and don't need an ice pack. So far, it's durable and is doing the exact job I need it to. It keeps my food cold for a few hours before I can eat my lunch. I really love this idea. Hopefully, it lasts longer than my last one did.

I got this for my 13 year old son after he destroyed his previous lunch box by over-packing it. So far, this one has held up well. The dark gray color is great at hiding dirt until I have a chance to clean it. It easily lays mostly flat to fit in the freezer. My son's only complaint is that it doesn't open fully on top due to having wrap-around freezer packs in the sides. However, I think that feature is fine since the exchange is extra coldness; he's learned to like it. I would definitely buy another one in the future.

We’ve used the Pakit lunch “bag” for years for our kids in school. In High school they’re adult sized people now and this is thr perfect size for their lunches. They stay frozen/cold the entire school day.

I love this lunch box. It suits my need perfectly- work, the park, softball fields, etc. it has a nice capacity and I love that I don’t have to loose room for an ice pack.
