Following the release of the album the band embarked on a lengthy tour. The European leg opened with a triumphant one-off show at the ancient Roman theatre of Philippopolis with the Plovdiv Philharmonic Orchestra in September 2012. This incredible show was recorded, and the results were later released in 2013 on Kscope as 'Untouchable'. It is now reissued on double vinyl in a wide spine sleeve. The release of 'Untouchable' follows an extensive worldwide headline tour, including performances at Download Festival, ArcTanGent and Wembley Arena with Opeth in support of their 2017 studio album 'The Optimist'. The release won the Album of the Year at the Progressive Music Awards '17, reached the top 10 in the Polish charts, top 20 in Germany, top 40 in the UK, and has 6 million track streams on Spotify. This built on the success of their previous Kscope material, which also won at the Progressive Music Awards, including Album of the Year, Live Event of the Year & Multimedia Package of the Year for 2010's 'We're Here Because We're Here', 2012's 'Weather Systems' and 2013's 'Universal'. This is a great live album - backed by an orchestra - stunning versions of some of the best Anathema tunes. On CD this is called "Universal" - worth picking up on CD for the DVD.

Great band,great live album.A must
Awesome live double album,from an awesome band. Anathema are probably my favorite band right now.I hope they continue to make incredible music.Vincent,and Lee are hands down the best male,and female rock vocalists in the business.Daniel is a genius imo.His writing is top notch.His lyrics mean the world to me,and hold a special place in my heart,and mind.Don't hesitate on this purchase. I guarantee you will love this live performance.I own the blu ray as well.Must have for any Prog.or Rock enthusiast. Cheers

für die Vinylausgabe des Anathema Universal Konzertfilms. Diesen hab ich an anderer Stelle schon mal bewertet, die Wertung bezieht sich also rein auf das Doppelvinyl.Diese kommt in einem schönen Gatefoldcover, darin enthalten die beiden je 180Gramm schweren Platten. Diese sind, KScopetypisch, von hoher Qualität. Da knistert nichts und analog packt einen der Mitschnitt dieses besonderen Konzertabends besonders.Schade ist allerdings dass das Label nicht mehr Mut bewiesen hat und nicht das komplette Konzert auf den zwei Scheiben vertreten ist. Da hätte man ruhig eine Limited Edition auflegen können. So fehlen auf dieser Ausgabe Kracher wie Deep, One Last Goodbye und einige andere.Und ein Punkt ist auch noch der gewaltig stört und eigentlich zu Sternabzug führen müsste. Die Platte kommt ohne Downloadcode und da fragt man sich doch wirklich was das heutzutage noch soll. Das ist für mich immer noch ein Fall von Abzocke und hält sicher auch potenzielle Käufer ab. Und auch von Amazon gibt es die mp3 nicht mitgeliefert, bei der CD der Platte schon. Den Sinn oder Unsinn dahinter soll einer verstehen, ich tu es nicht.Wer übrigens das komplette Konzert als Audio besitzen möchte muß leider auf den Kscope Shop und die dort vorhandene Limited Edition kaufen, denn auch die hier angebotene CD mit DVD ist leider unvollständig.Für Aufmachung, Pressung, Musik und Sound gibt es fünf Sterne. Für die Kscopsche Vermarktungspolitik ganz klar null Sterne. Leute, das geht gar nicht. In diesem Sinne
