I put these on my 2014 Jeep and they work great. I’m not very tall and I think when you sit kind of low in the seat, you have more blind spots. I cleaned the mirror with an alcohol based cleanser first and then applied the small blind spot mirror. It took me a minute to get the hang of looking at the small mirror too but now it’s second nature and I feel much safer.

The mirrors are great. Installed on Ford F150 and I really like the little extra diameter from common 2 inch mirrors. I find these easier to see the reflection of whats in my blind spots. I also like the sleek almost frameless design as there is no frame to distract from the view. I quickly spot-cleaned the mirrors before installing and they seem to be holding well. Just make sure the surface is clean and dry before installing.

Description lacks detail so I'll try to be more descriptive. The instructions don't explain the relief you find in the circular 3M adhesive on mirror and adjustable base but I believe they're there to allow moisture to escape so I attached them with relief at bottom to best allow moisture to evacuate, letting gravity do its thing, if that's necessary (my only thoughts on this void: eliminate moisture to keep adhesive integrity longer). Maybe that's a feature but time will tell. I usually buy blindspot mirrors once per vehicle; since these are heavier, I hope they last and remain in place.There is a tip to getting these 3M adhesive mirrors off, if making a second decision like I did. These were my second choice but a better choice. Tip: use dental floss to get behind and under the previous mirror or adjustable base to work into the adhesive in two to get to the actual surface layer of 3M adhesive to remove with fingers more easily. Shouldn't require any other tool because those could damage the original mirror surfaces. I think my second choice was the better one. And no harm was done to replace the first choice. Cleanup with glass cleaner was a breeze though alcohol is recommended, many of these kits don't include alcohol wipes.At 2.4", this is the ideal for size for passenger cars, imo. They're flat on bottom which allows for install directly to mirror surface without the 360 adjustable base.These are glass. But I do wish the outer surface was slightly more raised and shaped to capture more blindspot area on passenger side for use without the adjustable base.Otherwise, they're low profile but sufficient for driver's side without the adjustable base. I prefer the borderless finish; plastic borders along the rim are out of style and dated.

Can mount straight on the mirror, or mount on the included swivel. Greatly increases visibility and will make me safer on the roads. No more blind spots or hitting the curb.

Purchased them for my son's pickup and they work great to eliminate blind spots.

With dense traffic in Southern CA, this is a must have accessory. I went with this round mirror as it appears to have the larger surface area. I use them with the swivel mount and place the mirror on the upper inside corner of my rearview mirror (which is not the recommended placement, upper outside corner) so the reflected image appears larger. They are very effective to eliminate/reduce blind spots although I wish the mirror curvature could be more pronounced.

The mirrors themselves are high quality but every time I go through the car wash, I have to get out and reposition them.UPDATE: 12/12/18. Mirror detached in car wash and is MIA. Mirrors were folded in at the time. Plastic base is still on mirror but the mirror and stand are gone. Would not recommend if you use a car wash.

Cool product. The mirror can pivot on a base you adhere to any surface. So it articulates in all directions. I use mine on the side mirrors of my Jeep so I can in my blind spot better. Great for better visibility when backing up into a narrow parking space. My only gripe is I wish it was slightly more rigid because if u simply touch it it will pivot out of position. So every time I clean my Jeep they must be realigned at proper angle. Minor set back for the low price
