How do I return my vaporizer ?
I use it for Medical marijuana . The top of the vaporizer plastic broke off where the screw fits. The top won’t stay on. I would plug it in between uses.Worked well until that happened.

The battery only stays strong enough for maybe 6 draws. Then you have to recharge. Why won't this hold a charge? Is it possible that I received a defective battery? Waiting for reply. Thank you

Great product & customer service
Best heating device I've used so far. They've thought of everything you need. The directions could be a little more detailed, ie., I was unaware the mouthpiece comes apart so it can be cleaned well, and that the bottom of heating chamber should be scraped using the tool provided. For the user, clean after every use and have 90% rubbing alcohol on hand or you'll be wasting your time and energy (and herb.) The seller was very helpful when I had a question and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
