Great addition to my pulling routines . . .
Some have commented on other brands with more padding . . . probably right. These i guess could be a little rough on girly man hands . . I work in the trades so while I can tell the straps are thinner maybe than another brand they don't hurt my fingers . . . and I wouldn't complain if they did . . . that would be weak . . . these are well worth the money and exactly what I was looking for to add variety and better strength gains for my hands . . and it makes practice a little more interesting . . .

Superior Finger Focused Product
This is a well made product that addresses specific finger strengthening needs to help generate a competitive edge or personal achievements. It is made from a heavy duty webbing material that is designed to withstand heavy stress so it will last for years to come and will hold its position longer than the user. I am only 5'9" and 159 pounds so I cannot vouch for heavier men or women but I felt strength in my fingers after a few simple pulling tests. For me, using the thumb can be tricky but I found it is best to get creative and do "thumb specific exercises" to strengthen the thumb.Obviously wall climbers, mountain climbers and American Ninja style athletes will find this product very useful but so will:BoxersMMA fightersBaseball playersTennis playersGolfers and just about anyone who needs a tight clenched fist or a strong grip. You may want to do assisted "dead hangs" (feet slighting touching something for comfort) until your fingers get used to the pressure before doing pull ups; you can wear gloves for more comfort.Be sure to flex your fingers, hands, arms and body to support the fingers and reduce some of the pressure; you can pull something in the fingers if you don't.PROS:+It works areas of the fingers that are neglected by traditional grip training equipment+Strong material+Should last for years+An inexpensive solution+Will strengthen your fingers, not just your hands+Practically anything you can do with cable handles can be done with thisCONS:-May be a little uncomfortable until broken in (you can use gloves or finger tape)-Can be difficult to put fingers in while it is hanging from a bar (has to be broken in so slightly work the material to keep finger loops open)CONCLUSION:I highly recommend it for those who want stronger fingers and an overall grip from a unique piece of equipment the competition may overlook.

Forearm blaster
Really stiff at the beginning (that's what she said) but give it time and use it more and it will get soft. (Giggity) lol.

good product with 1 major issue
Great product with one major issues. This item does what it says it will, and my work outs on them have been great. The biggest issue is that the material is very rough/course and will give your fingers blisters or friction burn after every use. I tried wearing my gloves but the loops aren't really big enough/cause too much friction to get my fingers in with gloves on. I have been toughing it out with the burns but I shouldn't have to. the company needs to sew in some kind of softer grip material on the inside of the loops to help with this, and it would be perfect. Otherwise as I stated, this is a good workout tool with 1 major issue.

Great versatile training tool.
This is a great training tool to add to your workouts if you want more variety. The versatility of this product allows you to change the grip angle/requirements of numerous exercises from pull-ups to kettlebell swings. The material is solid and will last even after some abuse. Some people have complained about the grips not being comfortable, but grip training is not the most comfortable thing to begin with. All in all, a great product for the price.
