I used to purchase magnesium citrate in powder form, at the time it worked well, so I thought. Then I learned that our bodies need more than just one form of magnesium. NOW products are usually good quality at a reasonable price. It's hard to find a magnesium blend that contains good forms of magnesium and is truly absorbable. This one is!! We need magnesium to be able to use the calcium we eat or take. This product is a wonderful choice for calcium absorption as well as for relaxing muscles and better sleep.

Many magnesium products do not break down in an older person's system. I use this to aid sleep. It works better than other formulas I have tried.
