Easy setup stylish and working as expected
I use this purifier for my living room which basically includes my shoes and where my cats litter box is, the kitchen and my TV and computer setup wheee I have a desk for plants, for my gaming, and for my work, so three areas. I also have a TV my cat sleeps on. I’m not an expert in purifiers but I know that this product does a good job at least in purifying the side which my shoes and litter are not on, leaving me free to feel good about being there and not spending too much time in my room now. It’s been such a huge benefit. Now, as the shoes and cat litter are on the side on the kitchen, I actually place on of the purifiers side facing the litter and shoes and feel more comfortable doing more cooking in the kitchen. I notice less smell after cooking, basically pure air the next day. Disclaimer, I do use an air fryer so it greatly limits smell. I bought a Honeywell purifier for my room which is about 100 to 130 SF. The living space is probably a total of 400 SF and I estimate this actually purifies 75-100% of the space. Therefore I must say there is a chance that you get what you pay for in this product, in terms of circulated purified air flow. The quality based on filters is indeed top tier. This purifies more air than a Dyson which hardly has any air it actually takes in and purifies. This is because this purifier in particular has two sides of filters that are bringing in more air than the purifier above which is pushing clean air out. Unfortunately there isn’t necessarily circulation but I assume the upward flow naturally makes its way around the living room. However, it’s quite obvious with the design there is a lot of nice clean air circulating. I feel much more comfortable in my living room and really look forward to blasting this baby to do my gaming in the other corner, and I am looking forward to working at my standing desk every morning as well. I can say that I don’t need to open the door to let clean air at all. I think it’s a great investment at least in terms of design, clean air flow and power, but I am not sure about how much square footage it covers. I would imagine there has to be a premium for the design and higher quality filters, and 4 different levels of power. There is also a very pleasant sound when turning it on and off, and it looks quite modern as well, complementing the space right at the front door, so it cleans the air of the litter, shoes and kitchen.

Depending on version, MA-112 will "sleep" or automatically stop in low light
It so happened that when we were called to return to corporate offices to work, we wanted to get a large air filter that could be wheeled into conference rooms as needed. We found this air filter at a discount on an Amazon warehouse deal and saw it was large and had wheels. We took the chance.Pros & ConsPROS1. Fairly quiet for an individual office or conference room at the level 2 setting, like a low fan that's audible but not intrusive. (Level 3 is significantly louder.) Level 4 is max.2. Wheels! Good for short distances on low-pile carpet or hard floors, but the wheels are small so wouldn't recommend for rough surfaces like sidewalks for more than a few seconds.3. The intake is on two sides, and the output shoots upward. This is great so that we can pretty much place it anywhere in a room and not worry about blasting someone with cold air.NEUTRAL4. It's quite big, barely fitting under a desk for storage. (It didn't fit under ours.)5. Our unit turns off automatically if it's left in the dark. We researched and found that version 1 of the MA-112 used to have an "AUTO / Child Lock" button and that when the unit was powered on, it started off in AUTO mode until the fan speed is pressed. By the time version 2 came around, Medify stated they removed the AUTO mode button. However, our experience has been that whenever the lights turn off in our rooms, the MA-112 also goes to sleep after a few minutes. In a modern office setting where the office or conference lights are motion activated and will dim/turn off if no movement is detected, our MA-112 seems to always be in AUTO mode and does stay on as long as the lights are on, and then goes to sleep after 3-4 minutes if the lights go dim.Of all the buyers of this device, there probably couldn't be a better match for a malfunctioning air filter. We actually do need the air filter to turn off automatically if the room is empty and the lights go dim. However, there's no way to turn this off, and so if we ever give the air filter to someone for home use, it will be impossible to keep the unit on all night.Update 3 months later:I'm embarrassed and relieved to update that the auto shut off wasn't broken. We discovered that the outlet we connected it to in the office powered off according to the motion sensors regulating the lights. Once we swapped out to a different outlet, we no longer had the issue of the purifier turning off when the overhead lights went out. I updated the rating to 5 stars now. Also, still love the little wheels to help roll it around the office to conference rooms.
