American MICRONIC- Vacuum Cleaner with Variable Speed Control, 100% Copper Motor 24 KPa Suction (AMI-VCC-1400WDx- 1400 Watts, Yellow & Gray)

After 2 months of usage I feel this is a very good quality vacuum. I have one from Karcher as well that cost around 5k but the suction power of this one is much better then the Karcher. This is but powerful vacuum cleaner for home purposes.Pros:+Very good suction power.+All required attachments were provided. Three different types of heads + 2 piece of length extenders.+One of the best things I like about this vacuum cleaner is that it can auto recoil the power cable at the press of a button to keep the cable inside when not in use. This helps avoid messy long powercord lying around on the floor.Cons:Only con is that it is not a wet+dry vacuum. Meaning, you will not be able to vaccum the occasional water spill on the floor. But still this is a great vacuum cleaner for the price.

Bought this vacuum cleaner for diwali cleaning of house and its money well spent. Was tempted to get cheaper options earlier like Inalsa, Eureka forbes etc but I noticed many people complain about lack of build quality or unable to use vacuum for more than 10 mins due to heating, etc, so decided to with this one as I already have American Micronics airfryer which is serving me well and had impressed me with their built quality. I have fair bit experience of using a vacuum cleaner as this my second vaccum cleaner first one being from BPL which I used for more than a 2 decade.PROs:+ Good suction power with variable suction pressure slider. Although to be honest i just use it with max setting only. Not sure why someone will reduce its power.+ Compact with good looks and overall Build quality is also good (see cons also)+ Haven't observed heating issue, have used the vacuum cleaner for like 30-45 mins continuously with very short breaks+ Noise made is tolerable. It is quiter than my old BPL which was 1000wCons:- Although plastic used feels good quality however it has some locks for dirt bag which feel delicate. Won't trust my maid with it.- User manual is not much detailed. Especially with operations relating to dust bag removal and emptying. It's easy once you get hang of it but it was frustrating in beginning. Company should put detailed steps or better a video for it. Note that dust bag opens from the back by sliding white rod which i figured after struggling to empty it couple of times.- Would had been nice if it had a blower attachment especially since its little expensive than competing brands- Cord is adequate length however it would had been nice if it was little bit more longer.- No technical specification regarding suction power. Some brands do give out that data.- Not sure of availability of replacement attachments if needed, although as someone mentioned attachments feel quite generic so hopefully they will fit.None of the cons is major, so I'm deducting 1 star from the overall rating otherwise it could very well be a 5* product.Overall good product. Another option to consider is Amazon Basics which is similar, priced little cheaper and has good reviews. For me it came to deciding between 700w HE Amazonbasics or this 1400w one. The box was open and it was opened and taped multiple times. Also, there was dust inside. I think the seller used this as a demo piece or it's a used product. This is how you spoil your reputation.Otherwise the product works good, sturdy materials used.As long as the product is in good working condition, I don't go for exchange; but I felt cheated.

Again its China product..I took at most care do not buy china product....brought thinking some american company product..what to do our peoples made me to buy(seller)..as usual looks good, suction not adequate... Not even suction a coin...upset with this product...not worth for money

Extremely good suction and cleans the floor as if mopped. Not noisy at all, speed is adjustable. I am using everyday since lock down for COVID-19 and no issues at all. Few of my neighbours saw the performance and bought this product. This product is better than others.

The suction power of the machine is quite good, more than adequate for household cleaning purposes. The motor does not overheat and shut down even after 15 to 20 minutes of use. The cord retrieval mechanism performs well, and the attachments are also well designed.The plastic body could be better constructed- the cover of my machine does not shut once it has been opened and need to be carefully manipulated digitally to help it close. The dust bag provided is rather small, and its fitting and removal is a bit complicated. The HEPA filter needs to be packed better- it is difficult to identify what it is. The instruction manual should also include instructions on fitting/cleaning of HEPA filter and fitting/removal of dust bag.I am giving the machine 4 stars overall, since regardless of the perceived drawbacks, it is a sturdy and very efficient vacuum cleaner as regards its operation.
