I was hesitant to order this because I was not comfortable adding anything electrical to my vehicle. I wanted a dash cam but my power outlets were in use by my GPS and phone charger. I thought for the price it was worth at least an attempt. I had no problem tucking the wire behind the interior and connecting to the fuse box could not have been easier. It piggy backs on an existing fuse without any cutting or splicing. Came with a variety of fuse types and works excellent Quite glad I made the purchase.

The product worked like a dream and as very user friendly. Didn't have a bunch of unnecessary wires to deal with so it made install easy and quick. Best bit of advice though would be to look at your cars fuse box diagram to know which fuse you should use!

Works as expected. Included the needed fuse taps and made installation easy. There is enough wire to run from underdash to near rear view mirror in my 08 Civic. Works well so far.

Stopped working the very first day just few hours after install, wasted 40 minutes of my time installing and uninstalling it

Worked out well for my dashcam in my F150. Had the perfect set up for my fuses. Too big to replace fuse box cover but that’s ok and not a major issue. Dash cam fires up every time I turn the engine on. Like how they included the fuses too, although placed in the wrong slots, it was an easy fix. Very happy with the product and nice long wires for proper routing.

Overall it is good and well designed product, but in mine there was wire defect (line from voltage adapter to the pin to be connected with fuse box wire). I decided not to exchange the product and just replaced this piece of wire. Now it is working well.

Initially I bought the Rexing hardwire kit but the fuse connector was the wrong type, so I went hunting and found this setup. Multiple fuse types are supported (including the ATM-LP type - read ‘low profile’ - used by Toyota). It’s pretty much plug and play, and super easy to install on the fuse panel. Provides enough power to juice my dash cam. There was more than enough wire for me to run from the driver side kick panel, up the A pillar and halfway across the windshield. The wire was small enough to slip easily under the headliner. Overall I’m happy. Happy enough that when my mother wanted a dash cam in her Lexus I ordered this product a second time to hard wire the camera for her.

This kit is an amazing tool to have if you're hardwiring your dashcam. It makes the whole process so much quicker and easier. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs an easy to follow, easy to install and quick to install option for hardwiring a dashcam.
