Disney Hannah Montana (Miley Stewart played by Miley Cyrus) CD BoomBox with AM/FM Radio

This item was a gift for Xmas. When opened, I noticed a slight smearing of purple on the silver controls. The radio worked great. The CD player(reason I bought it) not so much. Every CD either skipped, stopped for no apparent reason or did not play at all. I wanted to return it but my granddaughter wanted to keep it because of the radio. From the looks of it, it appeared to be a refurbished boombox. Not exactly as advertised. Paperwork did NOT say it was refurbished. It had the appearance of a used item. Will think twice before I order anything from the seller. Granted I could have returned it but when you have a crying kid asking to keep it so she can hear her songs on the radio, what do you do? It's a shame because I bought this based on the reviews I read and compared it with other models. This was not the cheapest one but I did not expect what I received.

Bought this Hannah Montana boombox for our daughter last Christmas because she loves Hannah. Price was a bit high for this type of item but we figured it's a specialty item so what the heck. Once we got it, we instantly realized how cheaply made it is. Knobs and switches are very flimsy plastic as is the case. Then there's the sound quality...garbage. Sounds so bad that my daughter rarely ever uses it. She prefers the sound out of her cheap Disney MP3 player. Don't recommend it at all.

Piece of trash. Gets no reception, after less than a month of use it is making a whining noise when playing CDs, sound is horrible.

We ordered this for our daughter after reading many reviews on different brands. This one seemed to be the most durable and last the longest. So far so good! The sound quality is adequate for a ten year old's room and all the functions and buttons worked. She is happy so we are happy!

Love my boombox

Great GIFT. What a surprise of how loud this thing is. Has multiple functions and plays cd and everything! has a nice weight and really can be used to fill a room with many people in it. I cant really believe it still.
