This works!
I didn't think this would work as well as it did, but I went from a dark brown to a very nice blonde. The vanilla champagne does not take super well on silver hairs, but the effect it gave my hair is Amazing! Follow the instructions and trust the process (I was very very skeptical while it processed), it does wonders!

Read the directions / Would recommend
This works perfectly as long as you follow the directions and purchase everything you are supposed to purchase. Read the directions, follow them, and your hair color should come out perfectly matched. Leave it on for a little longer than 30 minutes for a lighter/more intense color.

Light Auburn on dark brown hair
My hair was a dark brown, and Ive only used henna, so it was just a tang of reddish but its been about 5-6 months since I used henna. I wanted a lighter brown without bleach. Bought 4 packs off this color since I have a lot of hair and its long with 30 developer. I literally didnt use much of it. Granted, my friend helped apply it and im not sure how much she actually put on my hair, but I think 3 boxes would be enough. I left it on for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I should have left it on for a bit longer since some parts are more darker than others. My roots are way lighter on top. Here is my advice: Apply roots last or maybe after 30 min because they WILL come out lighter. It looks okay for me, looks like highlights, but left longer it could have been an issue. The color like I said makes it look like I have highlights which is nice. My hair was soft after washing. In the sun it looks way brighter. After washing it, when hair is dry, I did not see ANY difference...thought I wasted my money but once I dried it and woke up in the morning, it was different. I dyed it at night and my house has warm colors in lighting....

Terrible ash blonde doesn’t work
don’t waste your mOney … I used the ash blonde with 30 volume developer , it did literally nothing … I just added chemicals on my hair and roots hoping to worked as described , but nothing happened.. red & magenta are great I use them fur years …but this review about the blonde & it’s 0-10

Best Hair Dye but read on to know EXACTLY what you're getting
Best Red Hair dye I've ever used. It comes with a slight bleach in it. My hair is pitch black and it took me some trial and error with a LOT of products to get it right. On the parts of my hair where I experimented, they didn't dye as easily, but the virgin came out blood red, especially when mixed with a bit of red! It's good I bought 4 because the next day, I used the other two to redye some of the darker spots and make it all even. It really does look like a salon-quality!When the dye comes out, my hair looks brown or a bit coppery, but it doesn't bother me at all. Brown is nice. Red is a hard color to keep up with, so dying the hair every two months (maximum) is best. Every month minimum is good. As a touch up, using this product on the roots and another red dye probably from manic panic on the already dyed hair will help keep the hair healthy. It's not good to continually bleach one's hair.If you don't want a POWERFUL and STRONG bright magenta and red to be showing, you can use the other L'oreal Excel Hicolor red or magenta that is NOT hilights. The hilights branch come out brighter and stronger. I didn't know this from the beginning and mixed the two products, wondering why my black hair didn't turn red! Contrarily, you can also use a 20 developer with this hilights Magenta and it would come out very nicely but not as strong as with a 30 developer. Oh and as a last advice, to prevent any bleaching damage, organic/virgin cocoanut oil can be applied to the hair graciously as least an hour ahead of dying. This helps your hair to dye easier and prevents damage. My hair is actually softer than before I dyed it because I used it! I hope this review helps. :D
