Fits my Kindle, seems well made, nice leather case, slim fit, hand strap helps, kick stand works, what else to say?

This a sturdy functional protective case for my older Kindle. Love the design and it having a built in stand and holding strap. Wish I had gotten this years ago.

While I cannot attest to the longevity of this case, having just received it not 15 minutes ago, I am impressed enough to already post a review.While there are more detailed descriptions in these reviews, I thought providing photo evidence of what the case looks like, especially in a more demur color (mine is BLACK), may be helpful for those on the fence.To confirm:This case DOES fit my WATERPROOF PAPERWHITE (purchased July 2019)It has a magnetic closure that puts the kindle into sleep mode AND ALSO keeps the case folded behind the back while I am reading (no floppiness)There is a hand strap that stretches well.The stand is made of the same “flexible” vinyl material, which MAY affect stability down the road (versus a sturdier hard plastic etc), but is likely to be gentler against your screen when closed.Ports are all accessible from the bottom.Back of case has same textured material as front, strap, and stand. Sides of the back (which hold the Kindle) are smooth plastic.Grey interior “framing” is like a microsuede.In summary, the case looks sleek, provides me with 3 potential ways to read (as a book, standing, or using the hand strap), and seems well-made. I liked the quality and that it doesn't add too much thickness! The only thing I would say needs improving are the magnets. They work, but definitely could be stronger! I added a magsafe magnet to the card insert slip on the kickstand so I can use a popsocket when it is open! I added an additional one on the outside of the case for when I'm not using it! This case is very easy to hold without it though, I just like options :)) I also included pictures of how the design was printed, because it threw me off at first. Still very cute!

Great, protective case. I like the elastic on the back that allows you to use it one-handed.

Love the fact that it turns on my kindle when I open the case. Comfortable to hold with elastic strap and stand holds the book at the right angle.

It is a little thick but that is because it is so functional! The stand works really well and the hand hold band is great, making your kindle secure. I would recommend and buy again. The colors have held up well and no rubbing off like I have experience with my old case.

I was looking for a slim protective cover for my kindle. I wanted one with the hand strap as I typically only find time to read on the bath. The first I had worked well until the plastic started to chip away, without an impact. The second I bought was a fake leather with an area to slide in the reader. This was thicker than desired & wouldn't activate the sleep/ wake functions. This case does it all so far, it's slim, has a hand strap, wake function works, sturdy, lightweight & so far seems pretty durable. It even has a prop stand built in I've not had a chance to benefit from. So far the best one for my needs yet.
