I’ve had this ProsourceFit Tri-Fold Exercise Mat for about 18 months now, and I’m seriously impressed! My child uses it to practice her gymnastics tricks at home, and she absolutely loves it. Quality made- good size. I got this for my young kids to practice gymnastics, but I think it will last a while as they grow and use it for various things. It’s nice that it has a Velcro band to attach other mats if we opt to get more in the future

Great mat! The thicker foam is easier to fall and roll on. After 2 hours of throws & take-downs, I’m not even sore later. Though I wish I could have a larger area (10’ x 10’), This size is easier to transport and store. Folds down to an easy size. Has Velcro on all sides, and comes with convenient handles. 2 of these fit (lying flat) in my Prius (with the wider back seat folded down). I use them for self defense mat work. This mat attaches to my other mat of the same size to make an 8’ x 8’ square. When the mat is folded down, and stacked on top of a matching mat, it’s a great height to practice jumps. It is low impact too, easier on the knees. (It’s supposed to be 16” high with two of them stacked, but it seems a little higher because of the air spaces.) But if you do jump on 2 stacked mats, have someone there to keep mats from slipping/sliding...just in case. It hasn’t happened to me, but it’s better to be safe. I’m making 2 Velcro ‘belts’ to hold the mats together, since I don’t always have spotter nearby. Price is great too, these mats get very expensive. This was the best price I found on a 2” thick mat with 4-sided Velcro.

I bought/use this mat for use as a mattress and it completely meets my needs. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the vinyl shell isn't completely tight (slightly loose in spots) and it has a couple of small rips. The rips are very minor, and since the price was so low, I'm overlooking them and simply repaired them with some duct tape. I'm an advocate of the adage that says, if duct tape doesn't work, then you're not using enough duct tape... haha! Anyway, I prefer to sleep on the floor and am a minimalist in general. It's great to sit on with guests, cleans easily, and folds up quickly to put out of the way to allow the space to be converted from bedroom to whatever I need. It's also great for camping and my future anticipated use of laying in a cargo van for a small rv conversion.

I searched for a reasonably priced tumbling mat and found this exact mat in a huge variety of prices--this one was priced the best, it arrived in perfect condition and right on time. Always nice. The mat itself is sturdy and I love the fact that it's 2" thick--much softer for little ones who are practicing their tumbling. It folds up nicely, lays flat when it's unfolded, and seems very sturdy. We haven't had it long but so far, it's a perfect mat.

The 5 star review is given in light of the cheap price. They are nice thick mats that my kid that is very into gymnastics has made good use of for the last two months. They are holding up well to daily use. If I had paid more of an average price I would have given these a 4 star as the middle seam/fold has a thicker piece of vinyl that feels a bit hard underfoot and is less comfortable than it should be. The vinyl also doesn't fit the underlying mats perfectly and there is a little excess material and so you have a little looseness in how it covers the mat. However, for home use within a budget these are perfectly adequate.

Update: almost a year later this mat has 100% held up! Constant use, dragged down steps, outside, and walked on by a 80lb Lab! No regrets was a great purchase!Got this for my 7yo daughter who constantly upside down. The mat is a nice dense foam supportive but with good cushion. The size is perfect! Plenty large enough for her acrobatics but not too cumbersome to fold and pack away. I shopped around a lot and picked this one for the value and reviews and I'm not disappointed.

Perfect size for my 6 yr old who began tumbling, we still have it in mint condition years later
