#1. It doesn’t have a MESH floor! This so-called *mesh* floor is the same wire grid as the walls, but has more narrow spaces. There’s no way I would put a very small puppy/small dog on that open grid as their paws & legs would go through! I will have to put a doggie bed inside which defeats the purpose of the slide out tray.#2. Very difficult to release the latch to open crate out of the box#3. I will have to purchase a 4 sided bumper pad due to the metal burrs left on the ends of the wire. I ripped my finger open when unfolding the crate!!#4. There should be a carry handle on *top* of the crate.#5. Price...maybe $30 to $40 would be more feasible.

I bought this crate in 2012. I love it. My 7.4lb Maltese/lhasa apso mix loves it. After 2+ years it still looks new. It's a wonderful crate. Thank you.

This is a nice size for traveling or a small dog. The extra door on top is convenient for putting pup back in crate whenever you need to do so. The mesh wire on the bottom is convenient for pups or dogs that are not yet fully trained to go outside or for older dogs that have a hard time holding themselves. The mesh on the bottom inside the tray is removable, so if your dog is fully trained than it can be removed if you want to remove it. It also comes with a divider if you need to use it. It will keep your dog dry and not sitting in urine if he or she does have an accident. It is nice to be able to see your dog and what he or she is doing inside the crate, with it being open. Especially nice for travel, or if one has to leave for work, and do not want the pup to be running loose in the home, while you are not there to supervise it.
