Great stuff!
This is an amazing product. My only problem is that it should be used on a smaller scale. I used it on a model railroad and it's difficult to cover a large area. A diorama is perfect for this.

LOVE IT
This stuff is about the consistency of toothpaste but can be wet down a little to make spreading easier. I used a very thin coat on a railroad layout and was very pleased with the results. It looks like a newly paved area, however. It would very much benefit from a slightly lighter tint to look a tad older. Also, with how it dried, I would recommend covering it with dullcoat or some other flat covering to capture the grit that is mixed into it. VERY good results.
