I bought this bag to hold our personal property papers so it was important to get a tough, well made bag. I like that the outside is thick foil covered material, it's well constructed and has an extra half inch of room, which was needed for all our deeds, titles, tax records and insurance papers for 2 houses and cars. I got started on this paperwork roundup project due to the increasing incidence of our natural disasters as we live in earthquake country and you never know. Now we'll be ready to go in a hurry should that need arise. Highly recommend this product.

The product feels durable but the zipper is not waterproof zipper and seems a bit cheap.I went on the website as directed on the attached card wanting to register the bag for warranty, the website was a total mass, I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Maybe it’s not designed for smartphones, but they really need to update it.

Easy to use product and my important paperwork (passport, birth/marriage certificate, SS card, etc) are safely stored. Won't know if the product will do what it says until a fire or flood occurs, so hopefully, I will never need to find out!

I did not test it for water resistant or fire . Hopefully will never know if it works.

Found this Envelope to e just as described. Plenty of room for all the documents. Could not fit a 1 inch binder in but that was a minor inconvenience for being able to store safely my papers.

This bag is more fire retardant than the bags made from silicone fiberglass.It is made from material with an excellent quality.It gives me peace of mind that my documents are well protected in case of fire or waterdamage.

I highly recommend this unique bag to anyone who is looking for a high quality waterproof/fireproof bag. I use it for my documents and jewelry and will take it with me when I travel.
