Works Well - Worked Well:-(
A great product at a good price. The only thing I don't like is that the collar is a bit high at the front and digs in under my chin. A little creative tailoring will sort thatUpdate: Returned as loose connection somewhere and it kept cutting out!

Not as advertised
Had to return first size (M) as too small reordered and arrived quickly. Unhappy that front panels do not heat up. No wires on right side and left side does not heat. Back is now not functioning. Value for money definately NO
