Buyers Beware Swapping Out Used Products for New!
Received this package about a hour in a half ago. To my surprise it looks nothing like the picture but have same model number. Also there are signs that this is a used product they doctored up. Upon seeing the Scuff marks, areas of wear and use I am highly disappointed. They could have given me a new product in light of the fact I purchased a warranty.

The highest temperature is kind of low and I can not cook my pancakes quickly enough

Heating plates are not Detachable
It's simplified version. The unit is sealed that you cannot take apart the heating plate off to clean. It's recommended by manufacturer to use a wet cleaning pad to wipe it. What a joke?
