I loved that it was completely sealed up so no air could get to it to dry it out, as well as a thin piece of cardboard to keep it straight. I ordered it a month or 2 before I really needed it and it stayed in perfect condition until I used it. The flavor was a little bit bitter but it stayed on the cake just like I wanted it to.
