After years of searching, I've finally found a sweetener-free source of electrolyte supplements. I have used Trace Minerals trace mineral drops for decades. I stumbled across the Trace Minerals Keto Electrolyte Drops and have been very happy.There's no sugar, artificial sweetener, dextrose, sucrose, maltodextrin, etc., in these drops.

I tried the one with sweetener, same brand, and it was terrible to me b/c I don't like sweeteners. I got this one without any sweetener at all, and it's perfect! Don't have to stir it. Even in a large glass of water, using a whole dropper, I don't taste anything. On the rim it was a little salty once, but that was all. I will always get this one!

This is the best if you don't want any sugary or salty taste. My physical therapist recommended this to me. I will purchase this again.

While the electrolytes are pretty well represented in this product, I don’t really care for it. I found the addition to water to be too dull for my taste. Even though this added no additional sugar, I much prefer a product such as Redmond Salt’s re-lyte.If you want a simple electrolyte solution though, this WILL fit the bill fine.The directions for dosage are unclear, but I believe it is 5 drops per serving, so the bottle will last quite a while.

I'm always looking for a clean ingredient way to keep my electrolytes in balance. These are a good price, work well, and don't have any flavor to them, which I consider a huge bonus. I put these in my coffee, water, or sparkling water. I actually carry a bottle in my purse so I can add it wherever I go.

I originally thought it was just five drops and that fine, although no change. I reread it and it said 5 full droppers in liquid. I did and literally couldn’t drink my coffee because it was so bitter. I tried it twice and threw the product away,

All of my muscles were cramped up after about a week on the Carnivore diet. It felt like I had the flu like a lot of people describe "keto flu". This arrived on my doorstep at 4pm. I took it immediately and after a few hours about 50% of my aches/ cramps were gone and the next morning they were completely gone! I highly recommend this product! Also, I am extremely allergic to gluten and had no reaction to it. Also, I have learned to take this at night to help me sleep because it does make me sleepy.
