SheratonMattress & Box Spring - 13" Pocket Coil Mattress with Quilted Plush Top - Standard 8.75" Box Spring - King

This is not the same bed I slept on at a Sheraton in NYC. I loved the bed in NYC for the support it gave my back, but still felt like I was enveloped in a cloud. I bought this with the understanding that this would be the exact same bed. This mattress is not giving me the same experience at all…it is NOT the same. My back hurts, I don’t sleep well. I would return if Amazon or Sheraton made it easy, but of course it’d cost me a lot to return as they won’t cover the cost.

This is actually a review of the Queen size. I had a really good mattress, but it's always been too soft, and the too-softness was starting to catch up with me--waking during night, achy in the morning, etc. I travel for work and I found EVERY time I stayed at a Sheraton, I slept better and woke up feeling better than I ever had. I finally decided to purchase THEIR mattress--which is made by Simmons Beautyrest, but to ensure I got the exact same sleep experience I had to purchase theirs.I've had it for over a month now and I cannot express what a difference this mattress has made. I sleep through the night EVERY night now and wake up feeling good and rested. Everyone is different when it comes to what kind of mattress works for you--I guess the message here really is that if you sleep well at the Sheraton, this mattress will give you the EXACT kind of good experience at home. If you purchase at the Sheraton Store website (which often has sales), you can purchase the mattress only (without the box spring) if you have a good box spring already (or a platform bed). This saves at least a few hundred dollars. The delivery was flawless, as well.

This is the most horrible mattress I have ever purchased. After a few months it is sinking. You can feel the coils as you lay. Total waste of money. Do not buy

I slept at Sheraton Hotel in Florida. I barely moved all night and it was the best night sleep I ever had. I woke up without pain and fully rested. I usually feel worse when I wake up and only sleep more than three hours when Benedryl or Unisom is involved. Using both puts me in walking dead mode for about a day and a half. My decision to buy a new bed would involve buying a new home, then and only then would I buy a new bed.Today, just over 12 years later, I bought a new house. I thought that checking with Amazon would show a better proce. No, but the ridiculously bad reviews just saved me a very pricey mistake.Dang disappointed

Sheraton is selling an inferior mattress to the one in their hotels. Truly bait and switch. Don’t get scammed like I did.

I liked nothing about it. I had 2 mattresses and neither pass the bed check test. It is a scam run by the Sheraton hotel.
