Q: The marketing text notes this provides 5v 2.4a (12w) but image shows 5v 2a (10w). Which is it?

You will get one with a max continuous current of 2.4A. It's been upgraded once since the release, and the item you’ll receive actually shows 5V 2.4A “10W” (a typo printed on several thousand units, and we’ll get to fix that after this batch sells out)

Q: Does this device support link autonegotiation?

Sorry, I don't know. It does work fine with several RPi 3B+ here, and several other devices. A Unifi PoE switch drives it and supplies power. Good luck.

Q: Is this item UL rated?

Not yet, but that is on our calendar.

Q: how does it support gigabit transfers?

Unfortunately, my PoE switch only has 100 Mbps ports, so I don't have any experience with gigabit transfers on this device.
