Great! When it works
Pros:PTZBuilt in mic and speaker with the option to use external mic and external speaker. The built in microphone as actually pretty good.Has pretty good night vision without the infraredColors are pretty good for a $65 cameraWireless works pretty wellYou can kill the IR lights if you wan toCons:Unit often fails to power up. Even after doing a reset and leaving it sit for awhile unplugged.Web interface is slow and clunkyYou can't change the sound codec or increase/decrease mic volumeYou don't have an image options like slow shutter or changing the streaming type between MP4 or MPEG.Support:1. Don't believe the reviews commenting how good support is, it is terrible, those reviews have to be fake.2. If you go to the Agasio website, you will be sorely disappointed to see that their support page has a lot of broken links and as far as I can tell they have never released a firmware update.3. I contacted support, and just got a general response back from them, not follow up or suggestions on how to fix the issue with the camera just shutting off.Overall I'm very disappointed with the product due to it not powering up and to the horrible web interface and lack of configuration options.

I have purchased 4 of these cameras and use them outside under the eve of my house...
I use these as security cameras and the infrared lighting is somewhat limited if you are wanting to see out at distances greater than 20 feet. The color quality during the day is really good and at night the camera automatically switches to infrared mode so the images are basically black and white. I use the iPhone app with these camera's and they work fantastic. I highly recommend these to anyone - they are a great deal for the price point!

Five Stars
Was an easy setup and even easier to get it working with IPCAM.

the camera periodically resets (almost like some sort of weird reboot)
We have two of these. One we use as a baby monitor and the other is used as a security camera. As the other reviewer mentioned, the camera periodically resets (almost like some sort of weird reboot), the infrared light turns off, and the camera reorients itself back to its default position. This behavior is annoying enough that it makes the camera very impractical for most applications.Nearly ever night (and sometimes several times a night), the camera we use as a baby monitor resets. There seems to be no pattern to when this happens. None of the mobile apps support accessing the infrared light setting, so I must sign on to the camera admin web page from my phone, turn the light back on, and reorient the camera so it's pointed at the crib. It's a pretty annoying process to go through at 3 AM.I suspect a firmware update could potentially fix this. While the random resets might still occur, a software fix might allow me to save my default settings so they are restored when the camera boots back up. Unfortunately, I can verify, as many other reviewers have mentioned, that in the 1+ year that we've owned these cameras, Agasio has not released any firmware updates for ANY of their products. The only reason I'm giving this camera 2 stars is that when it works the picture quality is pretty good, and we enjoy being able to view our cameras from our phones. But if I had it to do over again I'd purchase a different brand.
