Great Product
We utilize these on our Security, Building Automation and HVAC demo boards. They work great and are a great value for the price. In real world scenarios we utilize them in School, Church and Business hallways to direct people in case of an emergency for safe avenue of passage.

Works fine
Works fine and as expected. Uses about 25 mA for each light that's on. Buzzer wasn't as loud as some other ones I've got, but that's not a big deal. Does seem made with cheaper parts, but to be expected, and doesn't mean it's bad, just don't expect super premium here. Also, worked with reverse polarity, so probably AC capable too. Box was properly labeled.
