There were typos in the book. The answer are displayed under the question and sometimes the wrong ones are written with rationales that supported different answers. It needs some serious editing to be a more effective study tool.

Extremely well written set of four books related to the nursing field. Learned many things i never knew before. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in this kind of topic

I am a second semester ADN student, and my teachers recommended that all students get an NCLEX book and start practicing questions. I really like this book because it helps me to understand what type of questions to expect on the NCLEX and how to "break down" the questions and answers to figure out the best answer. The chapters are broken down into easy lessons with sample questions and rationales that clarify each concept.

Bought these for my graduating nursing students. Liked them so I bought 3 more sets to pass around.

I have never read such a simple book on nursing course. This book contains deep discussion on Lab Values, liver and kidney function and many other lab tests. You will never miss any point once you went through this book. The lab value questions and answers in the book are very accurate and it will make your learning process much easy. This book is highly recommended for all NCLEX students.

Lab values vary according to the machine being used by a particular lab facility so, when in doubt, never to the reference values listed within this book. Labs tell the biochemistry of whats going on in the body and their interpretation is crucial to many diagnoses given to the patient! Overall I have learned much more in this book, great read!

Being out of nursing for awhile, I needed a refresher. This was very helpful. Easy to read and understand.
