USB C Audio Adapter, Anfit Type C External Stereo Sound Card with 3.5mm Headphone and Microphone Jack for Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Black

Used this interface to hook up audio from my Mac Mini to my sound board. Seemed to work fine right when I plugged it up, super easy setup. But after a couple hours of playback, if I touch the soundboard board, the audio adapter will suddenly lose connection for a few seconds and then come back on. I recorded a church service sending board audio through the microphone port. I got good healthy levels but later when I went to listen there was a pretty loud buzz in the audio.It sounds like there are some issues with static buildup or the power connections.
