Made chemo easier
I bought this to help me carry a cooler full of frozen booties and gloves and ice cubes to my chemotherapy treatments plus lunch too. Going through chemo during lockdown in a pandemic meant that I had no family or friends with me in my hospital so no one to help me carry all my side effect remedies around. This trolley helped so so much! Especially on stairs too! Very spacious and easy to use and easy to assemble too. Easily folds away when not in use. Was a life saver - literally!

Beach days are easier now
Using to load everything for a day on the beach large carry capacity and lots of pockets and the big wheels makes it easy on the sand and not having to carry everything is brilliant

A game changer if you don't have a car!
My groceries are delivered to a pickup point and I don't own a car at the moment, so I need to walk there and bring the groceries back. This product has made my life 1000x easier. When folded, it is extremely lightweight, making it very easy to carry around. Once I arrive at my destination, it takes 5 seconds to unfold the trolley and it is very easy to load things inside. Then, I simply roll it back home. The wheels are sturdy, so the manoeuvrability is great even when there are a lot of cracks in the pavement. The canvas bag is good and roomy but not thermal, so I always bring a separate thermal bag to put inside for perishables & frozen products. An excellent buy overall -- I highly recommend it.

Could be great but needs a couple of major improvements.
Pros: It holds a LOT of stuff, steers easily, and seems capable of carrying a fairy heavy load, The canvas is sturdy and the many pockets are very useful. Unfortunately the cons keep this from being a five star purchase.Cons: The biggest one for me is that it doesn't lock into place when you fold it flat. That may not be an issue if you're just going to throw it in the trunk of your car, but I live in a city and use public transportation. I bought this cart just before a week-long beach vacation, with plans to use it after a two hour train ride for a big grocery trip before getting on the ferry to the island. Transporting it fully assembled while also lugging a big suitcase was not possible and I really needed to fold it flat. But when you fold the cart flat it flops open constantly, making it very inconvenient to carry. I had to use a bungee cord to keep it closed on the trip. It also really needs some way to fasten the bottom of the bag to the platform at the bottom to hold the bag more securely in place because if you take a quick turn or hit a bump the whole bag slides right off the platform and you have to wrestle it back into place. And when it first arrived one of the wheels was next to impossible to get to snap into place. The first one went on fine so I knew how it was supposed to work, but the lock on the second one wouldn't pop into place. After 20 minutes of struggling with it, I called dbest to ask if I could get a replacement wheel (and quickly, because I was leaving for my trip in just a couple of days) and they said they'd be happy to send me one but I'd have to pay shipping -- and overnight shipping was a crazy amount. I don't remember specifically but it was something like $20 or $30. I was just about to pack the whole dang thing up and send it back to Amazon when I decided to try switching the wheels and the one that had been such a problem locked right into place on the other axle. SUPER irritating.

Great little cart!
I have been using this cart for over a year now and have been very happy overall. I looked at many other carts and was impressed by the bag on this one which holds quite a few groceries. I shop for my mother once a week and have to wheel her groceries into a seniors apartment complex, hence the cart (which is much easier than lugging bags). I was concerned about the wheels since they are plastic, but they have been fine. I have to pull the cart up a curb entering the apartment complex and have never had an issue with the wheels or the handle. The cart does fold down but I leave mine intact and stow it in the trunk of my car (which fits fully extended in the trunk of a 300). Just yesterday I used the cart to haul groceries. I had a large, heavy bunch of bottled water that I placed on the deck of the cart (under the bag) then sat the bag on top to fill. The bag has a strap that holds it to the frame so it doesn't just slide off. I can fit about 8 plastic bags with groceries in the bag. That plus the water was quite a load but the cart was not overloaded in any way. You can also take the bag off and just use the cart as a dolly but you wouldn't want to haul anything too heavy as the cart is not built for that. I chose this cart because it was more dolly-like than the others, which are typically more shopping cart-like. I can pull it behind me very easily or push it ahead of me with a load. Either way you get used to it quickly. For my purposes, this cart has been perfectly satisfactory.

Works great so far
Perfect for a city dweller. I’ve used it with and without the canvas tote and both times were easy. Thanks to the suggestions of other reviewers, a couple of flat bungee cords help to strap down big items and keep the cart folded when not in use.I love being able to make just one trip from my car to the apartment. It’s the small things in life. It’s also great to be able to get a few more items when walking to the store and not have to worry about how the heck I will carry it all home. The canvas bag seems a little flimsy, but I’ve had it a month without an issue so we will see how it holds up. Before this I had the VersaCart which had a very thick canvas bag which is why this one seems so thin, but when that needed to be replaced I opted for this one instead because of the taller handle. It is very soft and cushiony too, so it feels nice when lugging all the crap around.

It's been more than a year, here are my pluses and minuses
First impressions were very good - lots of capacity that can handle almost a full grocery cart's worth of stuff. As a bag-off handcart, it's served to tote my BBQ propane tanks, big bags of potting soil.Overall I'm glad I got it, but it has its irritations. Some of the bag's structural stitching is beginning to let go (but not yet failed to the point of my getting out a needle and thread. The top cord's too-small grommets pulled out of bag's fabric early on (and I fitted some new larger grommets). Not issues with the cart hardware (so far).• design misses I noticed (i.e., it would be a lot better product, in my opinion, the cart's designers had addressed these ) • A latch to hold the empty cart's base in its raised position when walking with or storing it - I've added a bungee cord with a hook to hold it up. A quick and dirty kludge. • A cart base-to-bag bottom connection: as manufactured I have a slippy fabric bag sitting on a slippy plastic base, unsecured except by gravity - and sometimes while I'm pulling the fully loaded bag the bag slides and flops off the side of the base. And tips the cart. I've been pondering another kludge - velcro? magnets? to securely hold the bag in place, but allow its quick and easy removal when I want it off.
